Out of Stock

From time to time we find your demand exceeding our supply, when this happens we may be out of stock for a short period of time. We will notify you if this occurs and you will be able to change and / or cancel your order.

Return Policy

If you need to return Vegware products to us we ask that you do this within 15 days of receiving the product from us. You can return products which are damaged, defective, or unopened.

In order to complete your return please be sure to do the following:

• Please call us at 860-779-7970 within 15 days of purchase to discuss the reason for your return and recieve a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• Send the merchandise C.O.D. to our warehouse at 90 Wauregan Road, Danielson, CT. 06239
• Enclose a copy of your Order Confirmation e-mail with the items you are returning and be sure to include your RAN
• Shipping fees are non refundable, unless you receive the product and find it to be defective or damaged upon arrival

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you need to cancel your order after placing it, no worries. We will do our best to accommodate you, here's what we ask that you do. Submit your cancellation requests ASAP by calling us at 860-779-7970 or by sending an email to service@vegware.us with the subject Cancel order # (put your order number here).

Be sure to include all of the information you received in your order confirmation e-mail. We will do our best to cancel your order if it has not shipped yet. We typically ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. So act fast.
