Vegware™ condiment containers are made from polylactic acid (PLA), a bioplastic produced from corn and other natural starches such as wheat. These items are ideal for foods up to 120° F.
The containers have a smooth finish and are as light and strong as their oil-based counterparts. By contrast though, they are made from annually-renewable resources, are fully compostable, and generate fewer greenhouse gasses during production.
Our smallest pots and lid combination's are available in 2oz and 4oz sizes, ideal for take-out dressings, dips, mini salads or jelly. One lid (supplied separately) fits both pots.
